Will eating glucose before a run help me run more?

i dont think you would even see a difference. what you might want to try instead would be to carboload shortly before the run. i dont mean like load up to the point where youre gonna puke, but eat like a bowl of plain cooked spaghetti and then go for the run. it should give you a bit more stored energy to make the run a bit easier, maybe give you five to ten more minutes.
