Edit a recommendation letter please? Thank you! any criticism is welcome?

The paragraph regarding how she is not perfect has no place in a letter of recommendation. Obviously, nobody is perfect, but don't say it in this letter. Do not point out any weaknesses. The point of the letter is to make her sound great. It should be 100% positive. Not your place to point out possible shortcomings. If they hear a possible negative from someone that Julia specifically asked for a reference, that will be the highlight of your letter. You see what I mean.
