My growth life sucks really bad!?

Well i get picked on about my height in school, but i am popular and im cool with everyone in my school. Should i feel bad for hacing a lack of height? And also im 14, about 5ft and i have pubic hair in my penis area, my penis is about 4 1/2 erect and i have no armpit hair , no chest or facial hair, and im still short. My voice is still light as well. Do you guys consider this a late bloomer? Will i grow anymore?
