I saw Justin bieber on chatroulette?!?

hi okay so like I was on chatroulette last night at like, 12, and all of a sudden I get this guy sitting up in his bed, he had his shirt on and all and he looked exactly like Justin bieber! But the camera was superrrr blurry so I couldnt really tell and I thought it must have been a fake. we talked for about two minutes, like he said hey, I said hi, he said you're pretty, I said lmao because I was sure it was fake, then I said thankyou, he said you're welcome and skipped? Did this happen to other people? like afterwords i felt bad because i didnt take him seriously, but idk!Like idk it was really weird and it seemed fake, but I was just wondering if this happened to other people too?
