I am 18 weeks pregnant and find out the sex in a week!?

I'm curious of what to expect the ultrasound to look like because I haven't had one since 8 weeks. I want to go register right afterward and bring home some big items like hte furniture so that I can start nesting. I guess I'm just asking what I should expect. I'm really anxious to find out, and I've been counting down the days for almost 2 months now!
