What could be on my face?

ok so i am a guy and i'm going to make an appointment with a dermatologist to see what exactly is on my face. so i woke up yesterday with three sores on my face today i woke up with three more. i should mention the day i saw the first three sore i had shaved that day. I have all six of them on the left side of my cheek and one under my ear. i would assume razor burn but seems a little worse. one is like a sore that has a little blister on it. another stings very badly when i touch it. and the other are very red and looks like a burn mark. like when i see it in the mirror i see old skin. like i'm worried about this and i don't know what it could be. it doesn't look like acne or a razor burn. and i haven't had oral sex or anything of the sort. please help.
