Does anyone know how much bank of scotland charges on money transfers?

I was looking at the student credit card and it doesn't seem to say how much interest is involved in a cash transfer? Or does this mean it is a balance transfer to which was 1.4% I was looking to put 250 pounds in to my current account to cover some bills does anyone know what kind of interest this would cost me?
