Where else can I to buy concert tickets, instead off online?

You see i want to buy concert tickets that is going to be on July this year. But, i don't have a credit card to buy them neither my parents, or anyone else. and i want to buy two concert tickets, where else can i go to buy them? I don't want answers saying go to the concert n buy them from someone. So, Where can i go stores? its for a big time rush concert. Please! POINTS!!! Thx.
