Is it hard to transfer into the University of Georgia?

Does anyone know whether or not it is easy to transfer into UGA? Do they look at rigor and other factors like in Undergraduate admissions or is it solely based upon credit hours and gpa? Also about how many classes would 30 credit hours total out to?
