Im 15 days late on my CREDIT CARD payments. Is it best if I pay them off? Or pay over, and then on time n/mo?

If you can pay all the cards off all at once, do it now. Keeping a balance does nothing helpful for you, wastes money on interest, and leaves you exposed to problems such as this. Instead, do your living out of one card and spend only what you can pay back every month.
