How to be a seller in yahoo japan auction... help?

HI, someone know how to be a seller in yahoo japan auntion??? I understand some japanese, but I get confuse about to be a Primium member, cause it says that it is not necesary to have a credit card, it says that there are some other payment's methods, but when I try to get that, they ask me for a credit card... I don't get it... Someone who knows about it??? Maybe a kind japanese who can guide me a little bit??? I live in japan and I need to sell some items... Thank you in advance
